Not a troll. I see where things are headed by watching where things are headed. SkyWest has on many occasions recently come right out and said they want to shrink to be a smaller company. Not just on the Xjet side, but within the whole 'enterprise', as they put it. You might be new over there, so everything still feels fresh, but after a while you will see the frustration evident in the company because they haven't been able to win any new contracts in quite a while and the "quality reputation" they had when I was hired 10 years ago is gone. That's evident with all of these changes going on in top management.

There are many changes coming. Some good, some bad. The other regionals are biting hard and with the upgrade times being much shorter at many regionals now, SkyWest could have a very difficult retaining and attracting pilots, adding to it's woes.

Time will tell, but it's not going to be plain sailing no matter what announcements are coming.
