Non Union as to mean Non union affiliated or sponsored.
That what I mean Juice, but sometimes I wonder if some of my co-workers want a "your own contract dealing" a la JB job. Meaning NO UNION AT ALL.
Because it doesn't matter who or how they run it, they will always be unhappy with it, nothing will ever be good enough.
