Regarding the question about any warning letters on record with the FAA, including those for which no penalty was assessed or certificate action taken due to ASAP, I have received a warning letter FROM the FAA several years ago. I did fill out an ASAP report and wasn't violated for the infraction. However, I just requested from the FAA, their records of any such letters or any other enforcement actions or accidents/incidents and they say there is nothing on file. I currently still have the one previous warning letter listed on the addendum because of the wording of the question, I figure the FAA has a record of it somewhere. Would you all agree with this in the spirit of honest disclosure or advise deleting it as the FAA says there is nothing there. *Note, Im aware, that warning letters are stated by the FAA to be expunged I believe 18 mod after issuance.
