Oh ok I understand now. But for the letter of warning, I never deleted it from the app. I just yesterday got confirmation from the FAA that there is no record of it, so I was wondering if I should delete it (which I did not). I did however delete a previously disclosed discipline letter from the company regarding a no-show that I got in my first year of employment. I did this because the wording of the question says "do you have (present tense), any such letters on file..." and the answer is no. But Im now concerned if that will be looked at negatively and reduce my chances of an interview. I can certainly explain it, if asked about either one.
