If you're looking at NYC bases I would consider CommutAir too. We have EWR and IAD bases. We're a turboprop operation but if you don't mind that it's a pretty good place to work. $30/hour first year pay, 4 free hotels in base per month, and upgrades around 2-2.5 years.
