If you are getting your 6 month outlook from the same delta system manager that forced the Erj side to stop hiring and upgrading in 4th quarter 2012 she is lucky to still have a job. She has no idea what goes on at United and her poor planning cost $250-300,000 a month in instructor overtime and cost the company millions in lost performance bonuses due to staffing on the Erj side alone while they scrambled to hire and upgrade mid 2013 to catch up. She would probably want a furlough but it will cause a mass exodus and make the entire operation crj and Erj unsalvageable.
