That said, if reserves are just covering unexpected scheduling issues and being used sparingly then it would seem that we are properly staffed. It's not really the point of reserves to be covering known flying. Wouldn't you just rather have them build more lines in that case....

Let me know how many hours and or days you fly this month... seriously, if its less then 40 hours and or ten days I will bid reserve for November/ December and you guys can have an extra line.
