I look at the awards and I see more 700 pilots than 200 drivers for fewer airplanes and I consider that over staffed. I know that longer legs, more vacation, and a few other things make the 700 more labor intensive, it just seems out of balance.

From a swap/drop perspective crew planning/scheduling can manipulate those numbers however they want to, not a good metric to measure against.
