I'm confused. I have seen a lot of posts on this thread and others about how you newer guys think the old guard sucks and they were not engaged and how they apparently allowed things to get so crappy. and along comes a few who have finally gotten engaged and woke up and now you are going to "crap" all over them. wouldn't it be good to have them working with you. The company does not care one single bit that you are all contemplating leaving. i don't think you mean all that much to them or they would try to change their behavior,,,, but if some of those older generation guys, who have been here for years and know how to complete JCs "mission" were to join you in your quest to make it better,,,,,wouldn't that be a good thing?
