It will be a shame someday when the pilots at US Airways/American are looking back at our merger and laughing about the acrimony between the pilot groups. We are headed down a path which will make the US Airways East/West debacle look like a cake walk.
You're right, the overwhelming majority of rumors on here are nonsense that people make up for their own entertainment. We'll find out in November via a MyMessage or Brad's Update as to this big announcement that "might" happen...likely nothing will come to pass.
As far as XJT being worse that USAirways East and West, we aren't even CLOSE to that...there are no fights in the parking lot and everyone is cordial to each other when they see one another. People have sharp fingers on the keyboard, but that is about it...
