I've been on rsv in dtw for a year now. Past couple of months I've been used 6 days straight of ready rsv and then not flying at all. I'm lucky if I get 20hrs of block. I keep hearing we are understaffed and there is movement, but from my point of view I see no movement at all. I'm willing to work and fly and get 100hrs of block a month like most so I can build my time and leave. Just seems like I'll be in this reserve black hole forever. FML!
