I actually agree with you. The problem is for this system to work we must have a way to measure the performance or results of the system. There is no way to gauge performance when all the measuring sticks are kept super top secret. My reps lost all credibility when they told me guys wants CDOs!! Really? So those (5% maybe??) of guys who want CDOs justify back dooring them in a TA? That is not a representational democracy. CDOs are just one good example.
I predict we will see CDOs (Split-duty) in this next TA. The reason....ALPA is not a representational democracy.
