Ok - You guys address problems ALPA has been dealing with for years. Would you care to give direction on the ways and means of causing your desired dreams to happen. It shouldn't be that hard do -- you've already identified the problem. FIX IT!

Keep on mind that ALPA does not work in a vacuum and has to answer to the pilots(members), industry(member airlines) and the government(RLA,FAA and NTSB). Your solution has to pass the same muster.
