I usually say " Good evening CLT Clearance, FLT-XXX, clearance to Mobile"

Or sometimes " FLT-XXX I'd like to pick up my IFR to Mobile" *Only verbose when it is slow.

Is there a more proper way? I have never said instruments, however it is an IFR clearance. What is wrong with asking for you IFR clearance?
