It’s totally random. They assign right to the last minute sometimes, meaning after you finish sim, sometimes a little before. Or, after sim, before ioe, during ioe. Who knows. Training, depends. They might be getting better. It can take a couple months, to as many six to eight. Just depends. I would count on 4 to 6 months just to be conservative.
