Xjt has been dealing with these guys for for years with one concessionary TA, no contract, and no strike. What makes these guys so hard to deal with and why have we as pilots not figured out the weak spot yet?
The weak spot is unity. No regional carrier has that anymore. For that matter, with the mergers that have taken place, no major has it either.
