Any idea on how long FOs are sitting on reserve at Silver? Is there a good chance to start with MCO? I'm leaving active duty in November and I'm trying to rack up as many hours as I can to be more competitve. I'll be in Florida flying in the reserves so this seems like a perfect fit to build more hours.
I'm also separating from the AF in December and was hired at Silver. We were told everyone will start in IAD and then should be able to bid MCO or FLL 6-12 months later. Unsure how long we will sit on Reserve though.
