Vacancy 1 Nov. Not really a pad...we share a 2 bedroom apartment 4 ways. One guy has a car and we share that too. It's a great setup. 12 minutes from IAH. Wifi, TV. Rarely more than 1 person there at a time. Running $250-275/month depending on utilities. Terrific roommates. It's been a great setup and very comfortable and stress free. I've done the "crash pad" thing. This is much better. PM me for info.
