They were CPZ flows.
2 have been let go this round as well. Overall the training dept has a 99.5% pass rate.
The instructors (contract, FO, and CA) are very empowered to do what they need to do. It is a peer reviewed and crosschecked system. We have a training department, not a checking department. Big and very important difference in a positive way in that regard.
