Not sure why you are still here....I hear there is an epic pilot shortage and anyone who wants to leave should have airlines knocking down their doors.
By the way, I don't want to engage in the whipsaw, however it is a reality because not enough regional pilots participated when we actually tried to stop it the past two decades....
