What did PDT gain? All pilots get a pay raise. It may not be a good raise and other carriers may receive more but we are moving to uncharted areas for PDT. We are not trying to negotiate new rates on equipment on property. We still will make more money both flying the Dash and whatever the future holds. RSV pilots get more vacation pay. Before we got 4 hrs per day now it is 4.2 per day. Flow, however small it is, is a gain we did not have before.

What we gave up? Higher insurance premiums. I expect my insurance to go from around $100-150 to around $250-300. In addition we accrue less sick time. It went from 4hrs a month to 3.5 so a loss of 6hrs per year.

Agreement is valid for 10 years. Union and company are allowed to bring 5 items for negotiation in both 2018 and 2022.
