YX rejected TA Rate. $26.00/hr
Year 4. $42.42/hr
PDT (accepted) new jet rate. $24.00/hr
Year 4. $39.10/hr

YX rejected 10 year rate. $49.42/hr
PDT accepted 10 yr rate. $43.28/hr

To be clear PDT accepted a 76 seat jet rate in 2014 that is $1.05/hr more than YX 50 seat jet rate from 2007 year one, and $2.48 more than 2007 50 seat rate year 4. They also locked themselves into a 10 year salary cap that is $6.00/hr less than the rates YX rejected because they were 2011 rates for the size aircraft. No matter what PDT pilots claim, they lowered the bar to get Ejets they may/ may not get, and for Flow they may or may not ever see.

For the new guys, I wouldn't recommend YX with a 7 year old contract so I definitely would think twice about PDT. You are locking into what will become the worst contract available in the next 2-4 years all for a promise of quick upgrade and flow, you may/may not see.

You seriously want to compare the Republic contract to Piedmont's? That's laughable.
