If you read the rest of my post rather than focusing on what you wanted to hear you would have seen our contract is amendable twice, both in 2018 and 2022. We have a set amount of days (I think something like 90 days to come to a consensus with the company and if we are still at an impasse another 120 days to negotiate with an arbitrator until binding arbitration is made) to better the contract. This TA passing only brings PDT up to marginally industry standard. Could we have done better? I think so but my fellow co-workers feel differently and I support their decision.

Perhaps you should redirect you anger at ALPA. I suggest if you are an ALPA pilot stop paying your dues because they obviously don't have your best interests in mind. They signed off on this to come to PDT?
the alpa statement about aircraft is only good if your contract does not lock you into rates that you cannot get out of. your 2018 and 2022 amendable dates, do they have limitations as to what can be negotiated or is every item in the contract open to negotiate ( i personally think there are restrictions).

Can someone post the actual LOA of the agreement?
