Do you actually believe that it is going to be all unicorns, shiny jets, slurpee machines in the crew rooms, and flow through from here on out for PDT??? Question: When have AAG or Airways mgt promises ever turned out in the overall favor of pilots? There is ALWAYS a catch. To think you can dance with the devil without repercussions is not wise. He'll sell you something, alright...but the price is always your soul.
Oh, and if you haven't noticed yet, flow through agreements are used by management as a retainment tool...not as a wonderful gift they are so happy to give pilots. Some folks do benefit by flowing in a reasonable time frame, but the name of the game is making you think twice before jumping to an LCC, major, etc. Way to many pilots fell victim over at Eagle bypassing good opportunities because that easy job at AA was right around the corner.
Remember, management is looking out for shareholders and themselves...not for folks like you. Besides, the I've never seen more "Maybes" and conditional statements in a contract than the LOA you guys just pushed through. I'd be looking out for the con...just sayin'.
