Flow through agreements will be violated as necessary to maintain staffing levels at regionals with training bubbles and new aircraft coming online. Expect to see much more of this in the future. They will never let those planes park due to staffing. That's bad business.
Holding PSA pilots for a period of time is in their contract. They agreed to it. Are you saying that American is violating the agreement somehow? Piedmont has no such provision in their flow.
