You still make an industry low wage and at you 10 yr top out, I'm making that at year 4 flying less people. 77% of you voted for it but once you see all the holes in your contract, just like PSA nobody will admit they voted for it.
sarge,

Do you think we liked it? It was a sh!t sandwich vs diarrhea. Both options sucked. It was mediocre at best. There was nothing great about it. I am disappointed in my pilot group but we all had the option to vote and I stand by their decision whether I like it or not. What was your solution? PDT as an airline was closing in 2017 due to FAA limitations, not contracts expiring or leases coming up for renewal. We have 37 aircraft in service now and 9 gone by 2017 and more continuing to be parked in 2018. It doesn't make business sense to keep the airline open for 29. Those are facts, not fear.

Oh and someone asked earlier about the contract amendments in 2018 and 2022, all items are fair game. Both the association and the company can negotiate 5 items (that includes rates) and if a decision can not be reached after 120 days we enter 90 days for binding arbitration with an arbitrator.
