When the average polling company did a Presidential poll in 2012 they would use a sample size of 2500 voters to determine what 220 million eligible voters would do. So it's a .000011 is considered a large sample.
If it were random. APC would likely be considered a biased sample with self-selection and some other statistical issues that I cannot remember.
