I've heard it was like "day of" for some guys at mesa. Nowadays, the recruiters at Mesa are actual pilots and are really laid back. When I got hired it took a week and then like 2 days to hear back on class dates. I just had everything ready to go on airlineapps and filled out the mesa part.
