It is a long term trend around here and any attempt at change was met by the EXCO member KM's "What are you willing to give up?"

Signing Bonus was meant to reimburse those harmed by the 6 to 7 years of frozen pay, but there would have been such a stink, even those not harmed got a piece of it.
No profit sharing until you are here one year, what's your point? It's in the contract, want it changed, next contract go for it!
