Just to be clear: there is a 0900 trip trade run NOT a 2100 trade run as you listed above. That is the only one added so as to capture last "hour" trip trades for trips that might have come in to open time that morning for sick calls the next day.

I was told that trip trades take a lot longer than just five minutes. The system takes something like up to an hour to process through all the bases, at least that is the longest run I was told they've experienced. As a result of months of seeing it in action, the company finally agreed with the union and was comfortable adding another run at 0900. A run at 1000 sounds like it would be too close if something went wrong.
