Buzz, they can't "flip it" every so often without being in violation of our PWA.
Section 20 B.2. of the contract controls and it requires that the highest numbers for last 4 of the SSN get the lowest (most senior) seniority numbers in a class.
This same section dictated the age factor (oldest pilot gets the lowest (most senior) seniority number within a class) for all pilots hired by Delta prior to the implementation of C2k.
If there is any evidence that they are "flipping it" every so often, this needs to be brought to the attention of the MEC Contract Administration Committee pronto.
