Yeah it did hear from some of the higher ups that 5000 TT is what they want . Now that can change depending on what else is on your résumé etc and largely if you have some strong pull from the inside , but it appears the 5000 total time thingy is pretty solid, subject to change when the demand and résumé stack changes
