AF told me the same - class dates were based on the last 4 of your social. I was trying to figure out how that comes into play with seniority within your class also being based on your last 4. I don't think that's literally how it works WRT CJO's getting put into classes. Otherwise CJO's with low last 4's would ever get a class as there'd always be someone above them. I think classes are roughly assigned by when you interviewed, of course notwithstanding flows, bypasses and whatever else.
Once in class, last 4 ssn gets you your number on the master list, and higher last 4 the better as far as that goes.
