"For part 91 operators other than 91K, the use of an EFB in lieu of paper is the decision of the aircraft operator and/or the pilot in command."

We fly a CJ3 (Part 91), single file server, with an aircraft iPad/JeppFD as the backup (plus each pilot has their own iPad with Jepps). No paper.
