There are ~~100 swimmers in the pool. All should be in class in or before January. We are actively interviewing. We require roughly 175-200 new pilots to cover new frames for next year. Planning for 200-400 newbs based on attrition 2015.

Same thing we were told in the interview (9.16). They said there was a possibility of an early December class, but most likely early 2015. Either way, the current pool should be emptied by December and then 400 pilots next year (taken with a grain of salt, of course).
