I don't know about you, but my read of the ALPA C&BL's says that the MEC (Master Executive Council) makes decisions, the MEC Chairman executes those decisions.
Reading comprehension isn't your forte, is it?
I am fully aware of the duties and responsibilities of both MEC chair and status reps. Nowhere in the C&BL does it require the MEC chair to mislead the membership. I never said anything about the chair making policy, just being honest about the decisions of the mec. I have never used the acronym MEC in reference to the chair position.
