If you can make out better elsewhere, go for it. Current movement in in the vicinity of 15-20 per month so you can see how long it will take you to work your way through half the list of 2200. Factor a couple hundred guys who hold out or don't upgrade you're looking at 4-5.5 years.

I appreciate the advice, but you have to realize that I'm only 5 months into a 24 month $20,000 contract. I now see why RAH makes their new hires sign it. What's best for me is to put up with this BS till I can leave without going into debt. Hindsight being 20/20, I should have never agreed to work here and went elsewhere. That's what would have been best for me.....
