You shouldn't be looking at gouge "the last minute" the night before the interview anyway.
Like you said, study it well before hand, know your regs, ATP stuff, technical questions, approach briefing, etc.
No need to get yourself worried the night before the interview (as you ended up doing to yourself). The night before the interview, chill. Try to relax, and sleep early. You already know the stuff.
