I appreciate the advice, but you have to realize that I'm only 5 months into a 24 month $20,000 contract. I now see why RAH makes their new hires sign it. What's best for me is to put up with this BS till I can leave without going into debt. Hindsight being 20/20, I should have never agreed to work here and went elsewhere.
