Ok, that may be true. However, during C2010 negotiations Spirit was still a private company, the books weren't open, financials weren't where they are now, and the negotiating environment was significantly different than it is currently/ will be next year.

I'm most certainly not trying to speak for Ram. I'll just speak for me and say this: how much more leverage do we have now than when we had the company by the gonads, shut totally down with a strike?
But that's not really the point here, the point is that nothing has changed with the underlying structure of SPA ALPA and that worries some of us, even those of us with vastly different views of the past.
