I just don't get it. I've got some of the areas you mentioned, 121 PIC time, networking like crazy, job fairs/conventions, and a very clean record.
I'm like flying Irish checking my email constantly each day and have safe listed anything that say "delta". Now going on 8 years with the app in and nothing.
I know I'm not the only one waiting, but it would seem like the guys who are really busting their tails to get noticed would. I see some on here that fill the app one month and get the invite the next. I know they must be very qualified, but seems a company also would want to hire guys that are doing all they can to solely work for a particular place.

The most common thread among my friends who were called for an interview with DAL was we'd all had our apps in for about 10 months around the time we were called. Of course there are exceptions in both directions, but of the 5 of us called at least 3 if not 4 were all at the same time frame.
