But not as crappy/restrictive as the one at Atlas. UAL's, the smaller/lower paid equipment paid pilot can bid up right away as long as there is a vacancie. THEN they are locked. As opposed to Atlas's and the way it's structure to basically screw a guy for almost THREE YEARS.
