I'm def not management but no hard feelings with you being suspicious. I completely understand where you are coming from.
I'm not sure how my question would have any affect on the negotiations when all I was asking was a simple.... are the line guys flying up untll age 65 or not. Seemed pretty simple to me.
Nonetheless, I'm just trying to get a feel based off of the retirement schedules what I'm looking at long term in terms of moving up the ladder and if it's worth leaving my current job. Simple attrition is what I'm trying to get a feel for. That's all. Nothing more nothing less.
