I know there is a lot more to it, and I would really love it if we could all get great pay raises and keep great benefits, but in the regional world, when you have lots of other airlines that have lower paying contracts and worse QOL provisions, you have to look at the end result. Happy with what you have until they shut it down or remove enough of the no voters through attrition and cuts to get a yes on a TA. Or figure out what you would be happy with taking some cuts on. It is obviously very hard to take any kind of cut and each individual has different career expectations.
There will be other job opportunitys! The end of XJT isn't the end of the world! I'll move on.
