Our union president is on record saying we don't expect or demand big gains. That's mind-boggling.
This will be the company's Exhibit A when (if) we get to mediation. Which I guess is pretty unlikely given Dalpa's unabashed appeasement mindset.
We get it. You're just happy to be here. You're happy with the contract you admit you don't know very well. Now get out of the way so the rest of us can do some heavy lifting to get us compensated commensurate with the company's success.
