As far as Ms. Marren, she is a *former* employee of United. Her most recent gig was as a consultant for the Future Strategies Group, specializing in strategy in the areas of aviation, customer service, operations, emergency response, environmental affairs, labor relations, finance and security.

At United, Ms. Marren oversaw the Network Operations Center, the “nerve center” of the airline, including the functions of Flight Dispatch, Meteorology, and Operations Analysis; Security for the entire United enterprise; all daily operations of United Express, itself the largest airline by number of departures in the world, along with management of its relationships with 7 flying partners; and Emergency Response for all of United.
