Back of the napkin math, take with a grain of salt:
For 2013 Delta paid out $506 Million in profit sharing to all the employees. A little over 8% if I remember correctly.
For Q1 and Q2 of this year they have booked $439 Million with Q3 guidance for another $350-$400 Million.
If Q4 is on par with Q1 (about $100 Million banked) the total pot should be around $900 Million - $1 Billion, around 2X what was paid out last year.
