On reserve we are required to return their call within 20 minutes. All reserves have a 1.5 hour call out to show at the crew room although most of the time they give us longer. The 20 min rule, is a little non-std. I know ExpressJet gives you a 2 hr window to report. Lineholders aren't given phones or pagers, so there is no way to contact us--though they have tried through hotel phone calls.
They also tried to push through reassignment via ACARS, lineholders included.
