Just pdr'd another trip trade. This time i have a 3 day (lets call it e1234) on 10/1-10/3 (wed-fri)....trying to drop or even just try for a trip a day or two earlier..."no coverage". My bes currently has 3 open trips the entire month of October!

What will happen next:

Sunday@1005:someone will call in sick for a 3 day (e1234) that starts on Monday.

Sunday@1008: I get scheds on the line and say "hey kind sir i'd like to trade into e1234" for tomorrow.

Sunday@1008: scheduler says: "you know, i wish i could help you out but we are not able to do those kinds of trades anymore"

Sunday@1735 ive finally cooled down, my team won and the beers are cold.

Tuesday@0727: i click on the "submit" button at the bottom of the "sick call" page because my kids our more important to me than just about anything.
