Sad yet true in MANY cases.

A buddy of mine got into an argument with his now ex wife. She went crazy ballistic, started attacking him. Slapped him, scratched him up, tore his shirt. He retreated to the bathroom and locked the door. Lucky for him, his phone was in his pocket and he took pictures of himself and scratch marks.

Meanwhile, she runs to the neighbors, said he "hit her", and called the police with a domestic violence claim. He DIDNT touch her, he's got a torn shirt and scratch marks.

Cops show up, cuff him, throw him in the back of the car RIGHT WAY, telling him how he screwed up, is going to have domestic violence charges filed, etc. And like your case, he has A LOT to lose if she gets her way.

Wasn't till the cops interviewed HER, and the neighbors. Her story changed between cop 1 and cop 2, combined with the what the neighbors said. They FINALLY put 2 and 2 together and realized what DIDN'T happen.

But it was a long hour he sat in the back of the cop car, cuffed, sweating it out with the police assuming he was guilty from the time they showed up.

She was the violent agressor, that CLEARLY attacked him physically. Yet NOTHING happened to her.
